IFT16: Where Science Feeds Innovation℠

Food  professionals from 94 countries gathered in Chicago for IFT16 this July,       making this year's event a huge success. Attracting more than 23,500       registrants, IFT16 featured 1,222 exhibitors in 2,695 booths on the food expo floor.
